Service Description
Day Training gives your dog individualized, one-on-one time with me while you go about your day. I’ll pick your dog up, work with them off-site in carefully selected environments, and return them home afterward. Sessions are tailored to your dog’s individual needs and may focus on everyday skills, leash walking, confidence, engagement, settling, navigating the environment, or other goals we’ve identified together. The environment and activities are chosen with your dog’s comfort, learning, and wellbeing in mind—not simply how much we can accomplish in one outing. The 90-minute appointment window includes pick-up, travel, individualized training time, and return home.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy I understand that plans sometimes change. When possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows time to offer the appointment to another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, illness, unsafe weather conditions, or other circumstances at the discretion of Mindful K9 Training. Please arrive or be available at your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients. For outdoor sessions, weather and environmental conditions are considered with the individual dog’s safety and comfort in mind. A session may be relocated, modified, rescheduled, or moved indoors when appropriate. Payment is due according to the terms provided when booking your service. Packages, programs, or specialty services may have additional payment or cancellation terms, which will be provided before purchase.
